The Albanian Government has decided that the state administration will observe a holiday on Monday March 21st 2002, just before the official holiday on March 22nd due to the celebration of Sultan Nevruz Day.
The reason is to save power. Based on this decision, holidays for all those working in the public administration will start Saturday and will last until Wednesday.
